The Human Resource Operations Manager thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment as s/he manages all aspects of human resources in a manufacturing location to include recruiting, policy and labor contract interpretation and application (as applicable), social compliance auditing requirements, benefits administration, terminations, exit interviews, merit reviews, workers compensation, and safety compliance. The Human Resource Operations Manager also makes recommendations, plans, directs, coordinates, and implements human resource management processes and programs to include - retention, training, employee relations and engagement, consequence management process, investigations, and performance management for leadership and staff as required in manufacturing. The person in this position possesses a passion for leading and developing direct team members, effectively communicating with all levels from Senior Executive Leadership to entry-level associates and collaborating with the corporate HR Team and Director of HR Operations in supporting the SR VP of Human Resources in cultural transformation and building a winning organization Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee recruiting, interviewing, and selecting associates to fill vacant positions. Oversee company policies to ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws as well as manage labor contract compliance where applicable.
