Oversee implementation of an innovative CK Forward platform linked to PVH Fashion Forward goals and targets including climate impact, circularity and inclusion.Embed sustainability in all key decision making across all areas of the business including product creation, employee value proposition, consumer marketing, and supply chain.The ideal candidate is deeply knowledgeable on a broad range of Corporate Responsibility subject-matter and possesses both a global mindset and a strong ability to work cross-functionally.This role will play an important role in engaging across the CK global business to ensure understanding and fulfillment of targets and overseeing the data collection as CK’s input into annual CR reporting and many other reports we respond to as a company.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:Partner with SVP, Sustainable Business Transformation to bring CK Forward platform to life.Work with key business leaders, drive the co-creation of strategy development for sustainable, inclusive and digital business transformation, including product & packaging and product innovation. Responsible for developing the consumer and associate engagement strategyDrive the development and execution of a dedicated sustainability strategy for Calvin Klein globallyDefine and implement Calvin Klein’s sustainability and social impact commitmentsServe as key driver, champion, communicator, influencer, and central point of contact for the Calvin Klein Impact platformOversee the execution of Calvin Klein targets at the brand level, continue to evolve & add targets as neededOwn communication and updates to executive brand and functional leadership within Calvin Klein and PVHDrive the necessary change management required to effectively meet our targetsForm effective partnerships with various internal and external stakeholders to assess and advise on commitments and best practicesDevelop financial framework for achieving targets and commitments, writing business cases as neededMonitor and report on progress towards targets using PVH reporting processManage relationships with external partners including NGOs, industry experts, retail partners, etc. as it pertains to platform-specific commitments, i.e. gender spectrum equality and mind-body positivityWork with the regional Calvin Klein teams to drive progress & influence change within each selling market across the globePartner closely with the Consumer Marketing Organization and SVP of Corporate Communications, CR on bringing sustainability and responsibility programs to life for key stakeholders including wholesale partners, end consumers and associates.Coordinate with the Corporate & Internal Communications team on strategic philanthropy initiatives aligned to our CR, marketing and associate engagement strategies.Build and lead the sustainability team to drive implementation, project management, stakeholder engagement, and communications functionsPVH Corporate Responsibility: Partner with PVH to ensure alignment between CK initiatives and PVH Global CR initiatives.INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS: Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders:Internal:             CK: Senior Leadership, Strategy, Marketing & Comms, Creative, Merch, Supply, Operations, Finance, Sales, HR, LegalPVH Corp: CR, Supply, Innovation, Operations, CommsExternal:             Customers, licensees, suppliers, communities, NGO’s, media, partnerships.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:Direct: To be confirmed3 or 4 Director level Positions (Open to hire)Indirect: To be confirmed, leveraging the talent from existing teams, influence and lead cross functional teamsBUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversight of platform operating budgetDECISION MAKING: Strong influencing skills as the business transformation will require working with the executive team to provide recommendations and guide teams to make decisions in a timely manner.RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY: Managing the strategic plan and providing strong leadership to the teams to drive execution. Seeing what comes next and help to prepare the organization to navigate through the upcoming potential trends.ENVIRONMENT: Fast pace environment.
