SR. SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

Location: Remote option available, HQ located in Oxnard CAResponsibilities:• Integrate brand, and social strategies to maximize and leverage revenue and growth potential and insure diversification through segment and platform specific strategies.• Create and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across all social platforms leveraging original content, UGC, PR, influencers and paid media to support new product launches, category expansion, collaborations and partnerships and promotions• Run integrated digital experiments and drive continuous testing and iteration to improve efficiency and ROI of all social campaigns, identify white space and evolve the social media and influencer marketing strategy• Benchmark competitors to understand how brand marketing is evolving and provide actionable insights and recommendations• Manage the monthly content calendar across all social media platforms for the brand• Ownership of all analytics and reporting across every channel; responsible for identifying trends, outlining key learnings and recommendations.• Cross functional alignment with Influencer, Marketing, Community Engagement, Content, and Product Teams to drive results across all social media platformsRequirements:5+ years of hands-on experience working on a digital native, social first direct to consumer brand. Beauty, Fashion, Trend categories a plus!• Experience building brands rapidly in a startup environment, must be able to hustle and must be a hands-on doer!• Creative, discerning brand eye with the ability to learn and apply brand voice• Keen ability to develop integrated marketing strategies and tell stories using visual content• Proven ability to create, implement and measure strategic integrated digital marketing campaigns• Have strong understanding and experience in Influencer relations and social media marketing• Experience working with product and design team, and ability to work cross-functionally to achieve results.• Extremely strong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills.• A strong communicator (verbal, written, interpersonal) who can effectively communicate with a broad spectrum of colleagues and external partners.• Must be highly organized, able to pick up things quickly, and create processes that scale in a highly dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.• Desire to roll up sleeves and execute while also seeing the broader vision for the brand• Able to set and drive social media strategy across multiple platforms to achieve brand awareness, customer engagement and sales conversion.• A self-directed entrepreneurial professional who knows what needs to be done and operates with a sense of urgency, focus and discipline.• Have the highest level of integrity, ethics and professionalism.
