Working heavily with Project Management, Creative, and Marketing teams and our cross-functional stakeholders in Product, Merchandising, and Retail, this role is responsible for developing strategic and efficient workflows and processes that will guide and inform CMO teams in how to effectively bring campaigns from strategy to launch.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:  GTM Operations:Develop and manage global GTM processes, templates, and forums that drive operational efficiencies and steer campaign launchesCreate templates, tools, and processes with relevant stakeholders to establish new efficiencies in ways of work and delivering projects and campaignsFaciliate cross-functional working sessions for input and alignment on created processes and toolsWork in partnership with Product, Retail, and Regions to support cross-functional needs and GTM timelinesInstill ways of work on project alignment, ownership, role expectations, and problem solving & decision durabilityCreate a culture of collaboration and transparency within clear standards and processes for large breadth of stakeholder groupsDrive continuous improvement on established operating models to develop operational efficiencies and clarity on roles and ways of workFacilitate stakeholder change management, education, and trainingDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Experience: 7+ years of marketing or project management experience with strength in cross-functional collaboration, driving complex projects and marketing initiativesStrong background in the fashion, retail or consumer goods industries, advertising also a plusAbility to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in own areas of scope and cross-functional projects and activitiesBroad understanding of the end-to-end processes of key marketing functionsForward-thinking with a balance of analytical and visionary thinking; proven success developing and implementing new, innovative ideas and processesExperience and agility in creating business process models, project management-related templates, and other slide-based deliverables to communicate recommendations and expectationsStrong business acumen to understand and apply new processes effectively to support Calvin Klein existing and planned future business prioritiesEducation:   Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience)SkillsStrategic Leadership – Drive the design and implementation for new organizational capabilities and process modeling on how we work together across cross-functional stakeholders within the CMO organization and beyondModels leadership behaviors that are grounded in Calvin Klein Mission and ValuesLeads implementation and change management of transformation initiatives for GTM processes and operating modelCultivates a culture of agility and nimbleness; adapting processes and workflows to meet the needs of the organization and its stakeholdersInfluences multiple and varied stakeholders at different levels across the organization to align with the business direction and processesChampions change leadership while staying attuned to the evolving needs of the team and the broader organizationPlanning and Execution - Develop strategic and operational plans for Calvin Klein Global Consumer Marketing Organization, managing execution and measuring resultsIdentifies opportunities for GTM and business process transformation. Works in partnership with CMO, NA, and Regional senior leaders to define roles and responsibilities and project structureRESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY:  Continue to create new procedures and identify best solutions to improve efficiency globally. Must be flexible and resourceful to changing opinions to create effective global operating model for GTM processes that fosters collaboration and innovation and delivers strong business/financial impactENVIRONMENT:  Fast-paced environment with constant change.
