Position Summary: As Sales Leader you are responsible for maintaining customer service standards and resolving operational issues when the Store Leader and Assistant Store Leader are unavailable. You nurture growth in yourself; seeking to know yourself, be yourself, and embrace your authentic style. Identify and communicate team and store needs to leader team. Assist Store Leader with store merchandising and visual presentation with willingness to experiment and be open to exploring all possibilities. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
