This role will have a rare opportunity to help establish this new location and concept from the ground up, while being a pivotal part of helping run the day to day. \\- Carry an empathetic understanding of our current in-store and online clients, with a strong ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships. \\- Work closely with management and owner to improve and meet sales/operations goals and communicate the voice of the customer. \\- Keyholder for the business, with ownership of opening/closing responsibilities. \\- Proven experience owning responsibility for key aspects of client service or business operations.
