Job Description Retail Marketing Coordinator The Retail Marketing Coordinator is responsible for owning and executing marketing programs for the Steve Madden Retail stores. You will need to collaborate cross functionality to develop customized store strategy that is both national and location specific. You will need to stay current with competitive marketplace trends and best practices in retail, while always thinking through an omnichannel lens. You are an innovative problem solver, constantly looking to improve processes Requirements: 1 year/ degree in Consumer Marketing, Events or Retail Demonstrated experience in a retail environment preferred Ability to negotiate with vendors and manage projects front to end Innovator and out-of-the-box thinker Detail-oriented, highly organized, process-driven but also full of creative ideas and big-picture thinking Must be comfortable in a high pressure, fast paced business environment Possess the ability to communicate complex information and implications both verbally and written Responsibilities: Execute strategic marketing programs for Steve Madden full price and outlet stores Prepare and brief creative for in-store marketing print assets (Window Clings, In-store signs, banners, shelf talkers, etc) including print management Manage and update video content for all in-store digital signage Manage production and logistics of creative and seasonal roll outs Partner with Creative Team on timeline and creative asset development Generate project budgets, monitor costs and work within budget for all in store roll outs Liaise between the Store teams and Marketing team to analyze and define opportunities Ensure compliance with mall lease required advertising and lease required charitable contributions.
