Job Details Description Responsibilities: Develop a modern campus recruiting strategy that addresses current workforce trends and represents candidates with diverse skills, experiences, and background. Create and maintain a diverse pipeline of early-in-career candidates through targeted events, external partnerships/sponsorships, employee referrals, personal networking and other creative avenues. Drive internship recruitment, partnering with the broader recruiting team and business resource groups to identify target campuses and participate in campus recruiting events. Partner with ES communications and Social Media to effectively promote recruiting efforts, build brand awareness and engage potential candidates. Partner with DEI Council and business resource groups in diversity recruiting initiatives to ensure alignment and coordination across all areas of Lands’ End.
