Production Control Supervisor (System Administrator)-Nights

This role will lead the team that is responsible for the task of predicting, planning and scheduling work, taking into account manpower, inventory availability and other capacity restrictions so as to achieve the EFC's speed, efficiency and throughput goals and then following up the to see that the plan is carried out.Do you love to. \- Monitors system in order to direct necessary resources to problem areas to insure system uptime \- Evaluates workflow of entire building to minimize bottlenecks and production slowdowns \- Validate that all inventory conditions are met to allow for seamless inbound and outbound unit processing \- Adjust workstation parameters to coordinate workstation setup to work flow needsPRODUCTION PLANNING \- Set daily staffing plan based on current EFC workmix \- Monitor all orders status and assist with resolution for trouble orders to achieve on-time delivery to customer \- Provide guidance to supervisor's and other operations managers based on observations from birds eye view of levers to pull to best optimize throughput of the facility \- Develops and provides operational reports to clearly communicate system status and progress towards building goals \- Coordinate and develop executive level reports to assess key performance indicators \- Facilitate data collection and dissemination, multi-dimensional analysis, data mining and statistical analysisMERCHANDISE PROCESSING \- Manages workflow of several departments in conjunction with individual department supervisors to meet planned units per hour, cost per unit, level of service and accuracy standards \- Effectively manages staffing to meet UPH and CPU goals \- Develops and maintains accuracy standards to ensure unit inventory integrity
