Management and execution of visual merchandising operating plans and business objectives for assigned retail stores in various concepts (Outlet, Champion Concept, & Bras N Things). Trains and leads assigned store teams in presenting the store according to the HBI guidelines to maximize sales in conjunction with the vision of the HBI Retail Channels. Responsible for implementing visual merchandising strategies to dynamically present new & existing product to drive the business. Responsible for key inputs for monthly focus document to all stores to speed execution, as well as ensuring orders for display materials and supplies are placed in a timely manner for assigned stores. Knowledge of merchandising, product management & assortment.
