Margaret Elizabeth is seeking a new store manager to manage our store location on Chestnut St in the Marina district. Ideally this is someone with a passion for small business retail who can lend their sales ability and customer service skills to a growing brand. Of course, knowledge of jewelry is a big plus! Ability to manage a small team of sales associates, know what staffing hours are needed at the store, encourage sales skills and offer some coaching and development to our small team. Knowledge of store merchandising; what looks good, what’s eye-catching, what will draw customers in and make the sale.
