PART TIME SALES ASSOCIATE (Oxnard & Ventura) M. FREDRIC, est. We're looking for part time sales associates looking to work 20-30 hours a week, for our store located on Main St. in Ventura. Responsibilities: Stay up to date on new trends and product knowledge to better assist your customers. Qualifications: Ability to garner relationships with customers on a professional level while in a casual environment Enthusiastic about fashion, trends and styling Ability to give proper attention and helpful experience to more than one customer at any given time Demonstrated skills to proactively handle customer concerns, complaints or issues and prioritize multiple tasks Strong organizational and follow through skills Demonstrated level of taking initiative and accountability Must be a team player, able to develop relationships with coworkers and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Competitive drive to succeed in a commission-based setting Proven experience in setting and achieving personal and team sales goals Privately owned and operated, the Women, MAN, and Kids boutiques function as adjoining divisions in one store-- giving customers a luxury department store feel in a boutique environment.
