Summary: The Junior Account Executive is responsible for handling their own accounts, seeing out new accounts and also assists the Sales Department by setting up styles and tracking samples. Other duties may be assigned. Complete written orders and turn into to Customer Service Department Style set-ups for all new styles and additional needs from customers as requested Create and maintain a sample log and act as the point person for sending out any showroom samples Order office supplies Create and follow-up on ad sample requests File orders as needed UPC set-up and follow-through with Customer Service Help resolve shipping issues and communication between Sales/Customer Service/Accounts Package/send-out Fed Ex Verify order input after Customer Service confirmation ATS pull up and recap every Monday or on request Drop-off/Pick-up samples as requested Send buyers product recommendations based on current selling Inform accounts of best sellers for other accounts Analyze and recap selling reports Services existing accounts, obtains orders and establishes new accounts Recommends changes to Design based on buyer feedback and current sales trends Interface with cross functional teams internal/external as it relates to costing & production follow up Travel to accounts as needed Responsible for profitability of the account Develop strategies to grow accounts Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
