This role will be a member of the growing People Analytics team & HR Technology team and is responsible for providing consultation and collaboration to cross-functional teams both inside and outside of HR, acting as subject matter expert.You will develop relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business and challenges. Must be highly data-driven, technically astute, a solid communicator, intellectually curious, a fast learner, and move quickly while keeping focused on high impact projects with limited direction and supervision.Serve as the dedicated HR Insights & Analytics Partner supporting the operational and strategic business objectivesDeliver recurring scorecards and dashboards on business performance and the effectiveness and impact of HR investmentsLead projects involving quantitative and qualitative studies, statistical and analytical modeling, and prescriptive and predictive analysis using large, complex sets of structured and unstructured data, bringing together talent data with cross-functional and external data sourcesPresent data, insights, and recommendations for action as a visually compelling storyRepresent HR and business needs during the design and rollout of companywide analytics solutionsEDUCATIONBachelor’s degree in an analytical area such as Computer Science, Social/Behavioral Science, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or Human Resources with Analytics experienceQUALIFICATION3+ years’ experience working with large-scale, complex datasets with an emphasis on data reporting and analytics, preferably in business operations or HR.SKILLSAdvanced skills in data visualization and analysis tools – experience with Tableau preferredStrong skill using Microsoft Office products, specifically in ExcelStrong command in both soft skills (communicating, presenting, delivering high-quality customer service, and maintaining trust in professional relationships) and hard skills (advanced technical abilities in data wrangling, advanced analytical techniques, data visualization, and visual storytelling)Must be a strong practitioner, trainer, mentor, and consultant who enjoys learning from others as well as continuous self-driven learning new technologies, tools, and techniques, and sharing expertise with othersExperience in programming preferred (Python, R)Experience with statistical analysis and natural language processing software preferredExperience with HR systems – Workday, Workday Prism is a plus#LI-126707803_LV1PVH Corp. or its subsidiary ("PVH") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
