Full-Time Maintenance Utility Associate

We want you to grow professionally and personally, so we offer empowerment and potential in an environment that makes you feel at home. \- Maintain and repair Print and Apply machines \- Monitor P&A Label Stock and change as needed \- Complete checklist of daily cleaning at each P&A machine \- Perform diagnostics and troubleshoot via FASTLABEL \- Observe all P&A belt tracking and perform adjustments as needed \- Monitor baler status and create bales as needed \- Assist with clearing jams on conveyor lines with use of power equipment \- Operate power equipment to unload, move and load product and bales \- Operate and maintain battery changer and water for batteriesSUPPORT \- Basic mechanical aptitude \- Effective verbal and written communication skills \- Regular attendance is required \- Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with othersPREFERRED \- Ability to operate battery changer \- Experience in mechanical or construction capacity \- Experience in operating Material Handling equipment, floor scrubbers and balersSPECIAL REQUIREMENTS \- Physical activity may include time standing/walking up to 12 hours with scheduled breaks. Ability to work in a multi-level environment, including climbing stairs, bending, twisting, stepping, stooping, reaching, lifting and pushing on a frequent basis \- Ability to lift 30 pounds repetitively and more than 50 pounds with a two person lift as needed
