E-COMMERCE MANAGER (Remote)

JBC LOS ANGELES REMOTE, California

Site Administrator duties:• Maintain the integrity of product catalog and make updates• Manage product types, categories, names, SKUs, attributes, pricingPhotos, descriptions, inventory• Manage product attributes• Setup and manage onsite promotions• Format CSV data for import• Review search terms and integrated search platform.• Handle CMS/content updates• Configure sites – location, contact, store information, email addresses, etc• Manage user access and IP whitelisting• Manage image uploads, understand image requirements• Handle custom modules and extensions as needed• Test site functions• Monitor order status, returns, shipping notices, etc. in partnership with customer serviceas needed• Handle basic payment configuration and tax configuration in partnership with financeteam as needed• Set up shipping origin and basic shipping methods in partnership with operations teamas needed E-Commerce duties:• Act as the main point of contact with developers to correct/update site integrations &security• Manage content and product updates• Partner with a copywriter on blog topics to improve SEO and work with graphic designteam to develop creative/infographics for each update• Ensure marketing calendars are executed without error & project manageneeds/timelines for site updates as needed• Request creative from graphic designer or photographers as needed• Submit and track POs for all sites as needed• Act as the customer service backup when neededRequirements & Capabilities:• Analytical & data-driven; must be able to track program success rate and share reportingwith management• Google Analytics experience a plus• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Strong written communication skills• Ability to handle related administrative tasks
