BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or related field of study required or equivalent work experience. Ability to work collaboratively and openly with cross-functional business partners in a non-bureaucratic and non-hierarchical business environment with a strong ability to communicate cross-functionally and with members of the company’s leadership team.
