A master's degree is preferred Proven experience as a Category Manager or in a similar role within the home fashions industry Deep understanding of home fashion products, market trends, and customer preferences Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and identify actionable insights Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and relationship-building skills Proficiency in inventory management and demand planning principles Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective category strategies Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Proficiency in data analysis tools and software Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales and profitability targets Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities All Candidates must be able to provide work related references.
