Bilingual Human Resources Manager (English/Spanish)

In this role, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for serving all of the team’s human resources needs: organization design, learning and development, employee relations, talent acquisition and management, retention, change management and compensation. Who Are You: A strong communicator who demonstrates comfort in flexing all communication styles and establishes positive interpersonal relationships at all levels You see ahead clearly, are knowledgeable in Human Resources, and have capability for a big picture perspective while also keeping a keen eye for detail Generate a variety of approaches to problem solving including new and novel ideas while constantly looking for opportunities to improve the way things are done Demonstrate an exceptional ability to anticipate trends and competitive shifts and adapt quickly to changing environment With limited guidance, you can effectively translate a strategy and vision into an actionable plan Actively pursue knowledge of retail distribution center business practices, policies, organization structure, roles and responsibilities to better understand the business Guide management through organizational development and change management initiatives including organization design, evolution, development, restructuring, etc Execute/ develop programs and services to increase employee engagement, retention and job satisfaction Be available and responsive; provide customer service in a timely and efficient manner Identify strategic initiatives and partner on the design and execution of solutions Recruit for critical positions and manage overall headcount and staffing plans with focus on seasonal builds Build relationships with staff at all levels; assure that new recruits integrate effectively into the organization Ensure top-level strategy is integrated into line-level actions through innovative learning and development opportunities Diagnose opportunities for learning and development programs; develop and facilitate organization-specific training sessions; assess training effectiveness through evaluations Partner with management to resolve employee relation issues; provide coaching and counseling to management and staff; collaborate with legal counsel on issues as appropriate Support the talent review process to ensure consistent and fair decisions are made in regards to compensation; provide training and counseling on the overall talent process Provide coaching to all areas of the organization regarding compensation strategy, levels and market data Saks OFF 5TH  welcomes all applicants for this position.
