We are looking for a proactive teammate to attract, engage, and recruit critical talent across multiple business functions and levels. In this role you’ll have the opportunity to partner with business leaders and hiring managers to support all talent acquisition needs including interview scheduling, sourcing, screening, and assessing candidate’s skill sets and qualifications across all core business functions with a focus on technology, finance, and accounting; and provide ad-hoc recruitment in other functional areas as needed.How you will make an impact:Create and implement recruiting strategies while partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent profiles. These strategies will include reviewing job descriptions, highlighting ideal candidate competencies and profiles, developing interviewing questions, providing timely feedback to hiring managers, and providing procedures interpretation.Support hiring managers through the full-cycle recruitment process through finalized offer negotiations, acting as the subject matter expert of the talent market and talent acquisition best practices.Identify, attract and close a diverse slate of candidates who align with PVH’s values and mission.Deliver a high-touch and positive candidate and hiring manager experience.Liaise with centers of excellence and internal teams (Global TA Operations, HR Business Partners, Employer Branding, Inclusion & Diversity, Global Mobility, etc.) to ensure hiring managers and candidates experience a best-in-class recruiting experience.Drive the recruitment process to ensure strong momentum and appropriate time to fill.Maintain ATS/HCM systems and databases with accuracy and consistency (Workday).
