The Southeast Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for upholding the Veronica Beard visual merchandising brand standards in Retail doors, and major wholesale partners in their region. Executing visual visits, both in person and virtually, performing trainings, analyzing Retail reporting, assisting with events and communicating consistently with management are amongst the major responsibilities of the Southeast Visual Merchandiser. Responsibilities: Execute floor sets and maintain Veronica Beard visual merchandising standards within retail stores and wholesale partners. Manage brand specialists and store management relationships in both retail and wholesale doors. Review photo submissions from retail doors and wholesale partners, and provide feedback to strengthen presentation of the sales floor Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 3-5 years of relevant retail or wholesale experience within a luxury store Experience with RTW visual merchandising Must have an eye for styling Highly organized with an attention to detail Ability to travel up to 75% Proven track record of success working in a fast paced, high energy environment Excellent written and verbal skills Self-motivated in an independent field environment Must be proficient in Excel, familiar with Adobe Programs and Microsoft Office At Veronica Beard, we are committed to creating and maintaining a workplace where every single employee can thrive and feel valued.
