Support the store picking teams by assisting in trainings and KPI upkeep to assist Warehouse Manager for maintaining productivity levels Responsible for overseeing that all cartons are packed, labeled and organized per brand expectations to ensure seamless delivery to our retail teams in order for merchandise to be executed in all retail doors Responsible for ensuring all delivery notes are sent and tracked correctly to assist Distribution and Retail leaders in tracking retail shipments in order to maintain seamless deliveries Accurate data keeping of Delivery Diary on a daily basis to assist Warehouse Manager in organized record keeping Maintaining shipping area is clean and organized to assist all Distribution Center personnel so Health Safety Guideline are met Maintaining upkeep on department supplies to ensure Shipping Department personnel may effectively pack orders for retail teams Use of business technical systems on a daily basis to generate outbound orders to our retail teams to ensure items are received in a timely manner Assisting in the training of shipping department set out by Warehouse Manager to ensure picking and packing procedures are met Pay Range in Bolingbrook, Illinois:Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.Base Salary:$18/hr - $19/hr The Customer is the Boss We work as one proud team to get the best for our customers One Team We are joined up and encourage others to share their ideas We Do What We Say We Will We know our goals, and we work with clear outcomes in mind We Are Responsible We are self aware, understand the impact we have on others and are positive about the future
