Partner with Accounting team during month-end close process to provide FPA validation and guidance as needed. Develop and provide Board and Senior Management with KPI and performance-based reporting and analysis for week, month, quarter and YTD compared with budget, forecast and LY. Experience in ERP systems implementation and development of BI tools a plus. 5-7 years of experience in planning, analysis and financial management required. Investment banking or PE experience and/or exposure a plus.
