This position is responsible for building rapport with clients, becoming an expert on the farms and products that we have selected, upholding brand standards and meeting/exceeding personal sales goals. Experience as a budtender, bartender or in a fast paced retail environment required. Possesses solid computer skills and is able to work with Microsoft platforms. High school diploma required and college or relevant experience a plus.
