MARKETING FINANCE COORDINATOR

Marketing Finance Coordinator Job Location: San Francisco, CAJob Duration: 6 Month Contract Overview:We are looking for an administrative savvy Finance Coordinator to partner with our Operations teams on end-to-end finance operations. You will be working  working closely with the Operations, Partner management, Accounting teams. You are comfortable with performing a variety of finance related tasks such as using business acumen to define and understand financial terms and using complex formulas to audit spreadsheets, creating and managing invoice requests through all stages, help in reconciliation of pending invoices, identify product & system gaps to inform product improvements Responsibilities:Execute finance related tasks such as creating and reviewing invoices, making necessary changes ( using advanced excel logic) to correct the invoice per our contractual agreements.Drive accurate and timely month-end close by supporting partner managerManage relationships with partner managers on invoicing processes (ensure timely billing, approve invoices for payments)Work cross-functionally with Cross-functional counterparts to help drive standardization across the areas you supportDrive projects simplifying and automating manual workflows Requirements:B.A. or B.S. Degree preferred1-3 years of finance/accounting experience and/or relevant experience in the technology or software industryExperience with financial forecasting & monthly accrual processProficient in Excel, G suite (particularly Sheets) and other computer softwareAwareness to detail and highly organizedAbility to collaborate and work in a team environmentKnowledge of financial statements and accounting conceptsStrong enthusiasm for implementing systems and processesComfortable in an ever-changing ecosystem of content, finance and accounting issues and projects
