The Luxury Sales Associate primary objective will be to deliver an unparalleled shopping experience that exceeds the discerning clientele’s expectations. Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of our luxury products and brands, guiding customers through their shopping journey to ensure a memorable and personalized experience Sales Generation: Proactively engage with customers to maximize sales opportunities. Utilize your aesthetic sense to create appealing product presentations that align with the luxury brand’s image and standards Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow sales associates and management to achieve store goals. Previous experience in luxury retail sales or a similar upscale customer service role is preferred Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect and engage with a diverse range of customers In-depth knowledge and passion for luxury brands, fashion trends, and products Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong negotiation and closing skills Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Impeccable personal presentation and a keen eye for detail Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and CRM software Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended retail hours as needed We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
