The Loss Prevention Coordinator is responsible for review and analysis of data as it is related to employee access to systems that have potential for potential financial loss to Lands’ End. Work closely with several areas across the business to support business rules in place to process Gift Card issuances/redemptions. Investigating and responding to customer concerns with regard to the security of our system or privacy concerns which addresses potential reputational risk for Lands' End. Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to independently research and suggest/implement appropriate solutions. Strong understanding of, and support for, the Lands' End company values.
