We want you to grow professionally and personally, so we offer empowerment and potential in an environment that makes you feel at home. training associates to achieve success in their job? \- Provide initial training and role overviews to all associates \- Provide continued training to associates as request by Operations \- Observe associates work on the floor and provide feedback to Supervisors \- Provide efficient and accurate support to assist the warehouse in achieving goals \- Review current processes, identify gaps and share findings with broader team \- Remain proficient in other E-Fulfillment Center areas and assist as a floor associate when neededMAINTAIN TRAINING RECORDS AND STANDARDS \- Partner with the Work Force Management team to maintain accurate records of training and cross-training \- Coordinate with business partners to ensure training standards are upheld \- Remain up to date on current standard operating procedures \- Maintain timely communication and attention to detail while compiling and distributing information to key cross-functional business partners \- Provide routine project and onboarding updates to broader team \- Track changes in training materials and update floor associates accordingly
