We are looking for a Freelance Customer Service Representative - French for a top fashion company in Port Washington, NY! This position is remote for the time being. Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and process orders Ability to effectively communicate with international customers and employees Resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot issues to determine best path for resolution Correctly document customer interactions and track call types Maintain support service levels and uphold the company's Customer Service standards Own follow up with customers to resolve inquiries regarding order status, shipping status and stock availability Take inbound phone calls for up-to 90% of assigned shift Perform all other duties as assigned Qualifications: Fluent in French is required Previous customer service experience preferred Excellent phone etiquette Ability to multi-task, good organizational and time management skills
