Description Financial analysis responsibilities include financial reporting, budget and forecast analysis, and divisional operations analysis. Coordinate with internal business partners and finance teams in the preparation, implementation and compliance of management reporting and analysis requirements. Relevant experience in positions that require analysis, including internships Experience performing financial and ad hoc analysis using Excel Proficiency in Excel (basic functions i.e., sum, if, pivots, lookups) Demonstrated financial and/or analytical experience including familiarity with concepts of forecasting, budgeting and variance analysis and/or data interpretation and analysis Solid experience demonstrating problem solving and root cause analysis Strong analytical skills and ability to influence Excellent attention to detail and an aptitude in financial analysis Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload; effective multi-tasking skills are vital Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Knowledge of Manufacturing, Distribution Center or Logistics processes and systems a plus However, employees who have access to the compensation information of other employees or applicants as a part of their essential job functions cannot disclose the pay of other employees or applicants to individuals who do not otherwise have access to compensation information, unless the disclosure is (a) in response to a formal complaint or charge, (b) in furtherance of an investigation, proceeding, hearing, or action, including an investigation conducted by the employer, or (c) consistent with the contractor’s legal duty to furnish information.
