A Production Manager or Director is needed for a mass market swim/lounge/intimates private label brand. Work closely with Product Development & Design team to set target prices for overseas and domestic factories to meet profit margins. Negotiate and place production orders with factories in line with production calendar. Troubleshoot production issues, enforce quality control and track shipments to maintain production calendar. Work with 3PL / warehouse to ensure proper handling of inbound production orders and inventory.
