KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Produce and direct video and photo content Write creative captions and marketing copy Model in self-produced content Develop and manage social content calendar, including stories and reels Communicate with retail team about new arrivals and hot sellers Style flat lays, mannequins and model looks Work closely with photographer & models during photoshoots to create beautiful & exciting content Develop relationships and partnerships with influencers Engage daily with our social media following Brainstorm social campaigns and giveaways Brainstorm new graphics for website at least once a month Brainstorm bi-weekly marketing emails and texts SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Excellent written communication skills Strong interest in retail and fashion marketing Excellent time management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision A general knowledge of photography and video editing A basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and/or Canva is a bonus, not a requirement MORE INFORMATION: Morning availability a must Competitive compensation, ability to set your own schedule Please submit your application at madisonboutique.com/apply
