Coordinates and oversees job-related activities by building relationships with stakeholders, supporting plans to meet customer and business needs, and promoting continuous learning. Additionally, Walmart provides educational benefits through Live Better U, covering a range of programs from high school to bachelor’s degrees.Minimum Qualifications2 years of college, or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. Attendance and successful completion of all job-required trainings are mandatory.Preferred QualificationsBachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University, or a Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership.
