SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking for a Systems Administrator to design, build, maintain, and troubleshoot servers and server software, as well as manage and audit user access to server resources. Administrators will serve as an authority in their area of expertise by mentoring the user base to drive the adoption of new technologies and keeping management apprised of trends and changes and their effects on the enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to communicate effectively with both technical and creative staff to develop plans to resolve complex problems. A background in Google Workspace administration is preferred. Design, install, maintain, and troubleshoot server software that spans multiple systems and locations, including SaaS Create procedures and troubleshooting documentation for server software Maintain, and troubleshoot server hardware Manage user account lifecycles Manage and audit user access to server resources per established procedures Manage and prioritize assigned projects Maintain records of server system changes and outages Document tasks performed and comply with company policies regarding documentation and security 2nd-Level Help Desk Support Train Help Desk staff in the use of new systems
