Job Summary of Store Support Associate: The Store Support Associate is responsible for supporting a customer and product-focused sales culture where our core principles are at the forefront of all store operations. Responsibilities of Store Support Associate: • Directs merchandise handling by overseeing proper storage methods, tagging items, and facilitating convenient retrieval for restocking on the sales floor, readjusts merchandise arrangements for efficient use of stock area. • Manages the reception and processing of visual packet materials, props, and signage in a timely manner, while also properly storing stockroom hardware, hangers, and sign holders. Qualification of Store Support Associate: • Securing a high school diploma or a similar certification is imperative for enhancing employability • Those with prior experience as stock personnel or cashiers are encouraged to apply • To be considered, individuals must be 18 years of age or older • Excellent communication skills • Effective in managing customer interactions with professionalism and care • Strong organizational abilities and proficient in managing multiple tasks amidst a fast-paced backdrop • Efficient in grasping or acclimating to the technology offered by the company • Essential to perform duties while standing for the majority of the shift • Efficiency in working promptly and meeting tight schedules • Displaying teamwork capabilities • The desire lies in gaining exposure to visual merchandising practices and effective product placement strategies • Connect with clients, colleagues, and managers by utilizing a headset to communicate • Punctuality is key in this position to ensure there is enough coverage to fulfill company objectives.
