In order to guarantee a positive customer experience and optimal profitability, the Store Operations Assistant Manager is in charge of assisting the Store Manager in fostering a sales culture that is customer and product-focused. Responsibilities of Store Operations Assistant Manager: • Reviews sales records and key performance indicators to identify the business's necessities; Works with the Store Manager to implement retail business and sales strategies at the store. • Guarantees that all employment practices and policies are adhered to by the store team. Qualification of Store Operations Assistant Manager: • High School diploma or equivalent • 2+ years of retail management experience preferred • Must be 18 years of age or older • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company • Proven excellent customer service skills with statistical track record in all areas of sales and leadership • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment • Strong leadership qualities, training and team building skills • Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations • Able to communicate with customers and staff • Regular attendance is essential to this position to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives. Physical Requirement of Store Operations Assistant Manager: • Standing or walking continually constitutes a substantial portion, between 67% and 100%, of the regular 8-hour work schedule • Lifting weights of up to 50 lbs.
