The Store Manager is responsible for playing a critical role in providing support to merchandising, operational and human resources functions for an individual store to achieve or exceed planned sales and profits. This position requires a proactive and vigilant individual who will remain highly engaged with customers, demonstrate integrity, effective communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic retail setting. • Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, hiring, counseling and termination practices including legal compliance and internal processes. • Maintains financial controls including shrink, payroll and other operating expenses. • 3-5 years of retail experience as a Store Manager.
