A day in the life... \- Manage assigned initiatives and drive projects to timely implementations; analyze variances and initiate corrective action as needed \- Lead efforts from requirements, analysis, project estimates and budgeting, through delivery \- Conduct meetings with project teams to gather products, service and project requirements \- Partner with business areas and the Protect My Credit Product POD on initiatives to align project outcomes with strategic priorities and direction \- Build and lead project teams, providing clear roles and responsibilities through all phases of the project lifecycle \- Contribute to capacity planning, tracking and progress management against prioritized project portfolio \- Manage project milestones and deliverables and provide initiative updates and status reporting \- Meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines in a fast-paced environment by multi-tasking efficiently and coordinating dependencies with other groups \- Identify, develop and drive execution of key risks and issues including contingency plans to maintain a high level of customer service while minimizing financial risks. \- Experience working within a release management strategy \- Working knowledge of basic requirements documentation, quality and validation methods is preferred.
