The VMM drives front of house planning in store to ensure day in/day out merchandise presentation techniques and promotional calendar are executed and consistent with corporate visual merchandising. • Empower visual and merchandising team to ensure aligned execution of all merchandise strategies, standards presentations, and marketing campaigns. • Develop a team that understands their contribution to customer service through presentation techniques, store appearance and fashion leadership.
