With approximately 1,300 boutiques and outlets throughout the U.S., as well as an online presence for each of our brands, it takes sophisticated technology, resources and infrastructure to ensure the continued success of our businesses. Manages the assigned Retail Portfolio and vendor network (based on master service agreements) for Performance, Compliance, Efficiency, and Customer Satisfaction. Collects and compiles data for periodic reporting, including cost, quality, and scheduling. Liaison between Chico’s FAS, Inc. and designated facilities management provider for assigned locations. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, or related field or equivalent experience required 1-3 years of facilities or property management in a corporate, managerial, or supervisory role preferred Technical knowledge in commercial/retail/property/facilities management industry Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Proficiency with web-based database Facilities Management Software (CMMS) Strong quantitative skills such as statistics and data analysis Ability to manage multiple project tasks of varying scopes concurrently, while meeting all timelines.
