SHARED SERVICES CENTER ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR

Provide advanced support to HR functions and processes to provide a seamless experience to our internal and external Customers. Uses deep knowledge to deliver outstanding issue resolution to internal and external business partners Assists in training and on-boarding of new HR Shared Services Administration teammates Partners with Team Leaders to share workload with non-exempt staff Works with outside vendors to administer programs and resolve issues Completes regular audits with both internal and external vendors Leverages reporting to assess consequences and impact of decisions through analyzing data trends Supports initiatives to ensure continuous improvement of quality that support department goals and projects Possesses broad knowledge of related processes and/or technologies and their interdependencies Works with teammates and business partners to audit and assess trends in order to propose improvements Contributes to knowledge sharing within the HR Shared Services Center by providing feedback for process and technology improvements Provides researched resolutions by connecting knowledge and experience to improve consistency and efficiency Coordinate the maintenance and updating of system integrations, designed to support the Total Rewards functions Assists with reviewing and updating content on HR Portal for consistency and relevancy Supports the development and distribution of Total Rewards communications
