Attends meetings and presents to GMM’s/Merchants on an ongoing basis to discuss shortage trends and to develop action plans to address shortage Provide analysis that guides Loss Prevention Field Organization on trends and action plans Provides key insights to leadership that lead to key strategic business processes and decisions Serves as a key contributor of major data sources that influence Loss Prevention Processes to include shortage, budgets, training, and theft trends Capable of working with and presenting to all levels of Leadership
