Identify system design needs and configure system enhancements and changes to modules; collaborate with internal clients for current and future module configuration upgrades and/or implementation .evaluates, analyze, design, and maintains HR systems and supporting applications. Ensure data integrity and testing of systems changes. Knowledge of various Recruiting, Performance Management and other HR tools preferred. Vigilance in analysis of data to come to correct conclusions is a must.
