SUMMARYLead US Product Integrity teams directly & Asia teams through dotted line using Best Practice tools for Testing & Labeling while at the same time give support to US DC in bound QA teams to perform In-bound AuditsRESPONSIBILITIES: Own & manage all Testing Protocols, Product Safety Procedures & Labeling Manuals while giving support to Asia PI teams to grant accept or fail decisions Overall responsible for Nike & all Private Brand Testing & Compliance Working closely with US PI, to track selected customer's requirements in the market ( such as Costco, Sam’s Club Walmart) and communicate with fabric teams requirements that can be achieved by mill Work closely with US Design & Fabric teams to develop new Fabrics & Finishes Travel & Work closely with each WH Lead Auditors to implement timely Audits & complete Special Projects Familiar with AATCC, ASTM testing standard Read all test reports Read and understand all SOP and manuals Understand about Testing Protocols Able to conduct training by way of using powerpoint presentations Write SOPs for the team Minimum 10 years in the Apparel field with a Bachelor's Degree in Textile and / or Testing field Knowledge of 3rd party lab testing Familiar with all Industry Standards, rules & regulations Good Communication skills Able to multitask Strong problem solving skills WEB PDM, PLM, Excel, Word, Power Point
