The ideal candidate will apply technical and analytical skills to deliver innovative SAP data solutions, interacting with business owners to capture requirements, building data models, reports and reporting applications to support the business requirements, ETL, production support and training the end user community on frontend reporting applications. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Working with internal stakeholders to understand business processes and reporting requirements Translate complex technical and functional requirements to stakeholders in clear, easy to understand manner Analyze business and functional requirements to define target reporting solution architecture Deliver sound data models and reporting solutions that are scalable and easy to maintain Work with other functional and technical SMEs to develop long-term strategy for sustainable and flexible reporting architecture on top of SAP Ensure adoption of best-in-class practices and standards for development, support, quality, control, and documentation Ensure system integrity and data integrity for ongoing successful reporting operations Drive timely and proactive issue identification, escalation, and resolution Experience with SAP BW4HANA/ HANA Modeling is required. Experience working with Analysis for Office/Webi is required Experience working with SAC, Lumira, Crystal Reports, BODS will be a plus Knowledge and Skill Requirements/ Specialized Courses and/or Training: Solid understanding of SAP three-tier architecture design as it relates to scalability, availability, and performance.
