SENIOR ANALYST, DEMAND PLANNING

This person will also facilitate the Global consolidation of seasonal forecasts and share these forecasts with cross functional teams including finance, sales, and merchandising to ensure alignment with Brand strategy. How You Will Make a Difference: Lead the consolidation of global demand to inform supply chain of future needs related to materials, vendor capacity, and buy timing. Partner with Finance and Sales in the development of the financial forecast and the monthly tracking activities to align on targets, risks, and opportunities. Lead the consensus demand planning process and meetings working with Sales, Merchandising, Product and Finance to align on a single forecast. APICS or IBF Certifications are a plus Knowledge and understanding of forecasting concepts, brand strategy, sales execution, industry trends, and other economic factors Ability to evaluate business performance, develop learnings, communicate findings and translate into future forecast expectations Financial acumen and understanding of volume mix shifts, spend, pricing,  ROI and impacts to a P&L Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment Proven ability to multi-task effectively Advanced Excel Skills (pivot tables, macro’s).
