The Sales Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, where our values and guiding principles are at the forefront of all store operations, including managing sales operations, asset protection, and human resources functions to ensure great customer experience and maximum profitability. • Trains and coaches to ensure selling team is fluent in all aspects of product knowledge on line and in store. • Assesses and coaches store team on performance. • Ensures that store team adheres to all employment practices and policies. Qualification of Sales Assistant Manager: • Meeting the requirement involves holding a high school diploma or its alternative • Applicants are encouraged to have more than two years of experience in managing retail establishments • For this particular event, participants must have reached the age of 18 • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication capabilities • Proficient at acquiring or adjusting to the technological resources offered by the organization • Confirmed expertise in customer service through statistical evidence of accomplishments in sales and leadership • Has a talent for organization and managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Radiating strong leadership qualities, expertise in training practices, and proficiency in fostering team unity • Acquaintance with the bureaucratic elements of overseeing a store • Able to articulate ideas to both customers and colleagues • Regular attendance is essential to this position to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives.
