SALES ASSISTANT

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:Perry Ellis International, Inc. represents a diverse portfolio of lifestyle apparel brands. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiaries owns and licenses nationally and internationally recognized brands including: Perry Ellis®, Original Penguin® by Munsingwear®, Laundry by Shelli Segal®, Rafaella®, Cubavera®, Ben Hogan®, Savane®, Grand Slam®, John Henry®, Manhattan®, Axist®, Jantzen® and Farah®. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:     * Enter make up orders for the brands      * Interface with sales team to ensure timely allocation and shipment of all orders. * Generate inventory availability reports     * Ensure customer orders are entered Essentus      * Maintain open order reports – modify dates as needed with approval of sales and the customer. * Assist Account Executive with showroom appointments preparation      * Maintain showrooms and sample closets with current product assortment      * Generate oversold reports and work with Account Executive to resolve      * Interface with sales coordinators to ensure timely allocation and shipment of all orders.
