SALES ADMINISTRATOR

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of sales administration for the division and all corresponding office operational procedures, processes, and policies with a high degree of autonomy. Manage the order entry process for seasonal buys Assist in managing division due dates to ensure critical deadlines are met Track all purchase orders / ITs Interface with sourcing, planning and purchasing to provide sales with accurate updates, changes, delivery dates, revisions, etc. Maintain open order reports – modify dates as needed with approval of sales and the customer. Manage and coordinate set up of digital imagery Generate inventory reports Excellent interpersonal skills Project coordination experience Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff in a fast paced environment, oftentimes under pressure Able to work with a high degree of autonomy to meet deadlines and complete projects Flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient High level of professionalism and confidentiality Considered a team player Strong attention to detail Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to understand and analyze financial data
