The Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales by curating client relationships through creating an exceptional and unique experience supporting our brand. Achieve sales goals through selling, building, and maintaining client relationships and adhering to all CRM requirements Assist and follow up with Clients on special orders, repairs, and custom requests Display a thorough comprehension of, and remain up to date on, Product Knowledge and Company news Process transactions through the POS and/or other systems to service Clients Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory through completing inventory checks and cycle counts Maintain visual integrity of the Store, including stocking and restocking of merchandise, updating displays, and presenting product in accordance with Chrome Hearts guidelines Be a positive role model representing the brand at all times.
